Wedding Photographer
Tell the whole story, from the quiet preparations to the last dance.
- 3+ years of wedding or live-event photography, or 10+ weddings as a lead photographer.
- A wedding portfolio showing preparation, ceremony, portraits, and reception coverage.
- Two professional camera bodies, suitable lenses, compatible flash, and backup equipment.
- Confident direction, dependable communication, and timely RAW and JPEG file submission.
Wedding Videographer
Preserve the movement, the voices, and the feeling of the celebration.
- 3+ years of wedding or live-event videography, or 10+ weddings as a lead videographer.
- Full ceremony and reception examples with usable audio, alongside your highlight work.
- Two professional video-capable cameras, external audio, support, reception lighting, and backup media and power.
- Reliable continuous coverage and prompt delivery of all required raw footage. No editing required.
Experienced in both? Share both services and separate photo and video samples in your application. Opportunities depend on market needs and your availability.

Before you apply
A few things to know.
Strong wedding work, dependable equipment, and professionalism all matter. Here’s what to expect.
Do I need to edit or find my own clients?
No. We handle marketing, booking, editing, and final delivery. You’re responsible for wedding-day coverage, professional communication, and submitting the required files on time.
What equipment do you accept?
For photography, 24 MP or higher is preferred. Approved professional bodies with at least 20 MP are acceptable, subject to crop, print, and complete-kit requirements. Bring two working bodies, suitable lenses, and compatible flash.
For video, there is no still-photo megapixel minimum. We review recording formats, reliable continuous coverage, audio, low-light performance, power, storage, and backup equipment.
If your equipment falls below these guidelines or you’re unsure, include the exact models and full-wedding samples. A recruiter may request further technical review. Exceptions require approval before assignment.
What availability do I need?
Friday–Sunday availability during wedding season is important. You accept events based on your availability. Reliable transportation and professional communication are expected.
What portfolio should I send?
Photographers should show a complete wedding day: preparation, ceremony, portraits, and reception. Videographers should include full ceremony and reception examples with audio; highlight reels alone are not enough.
Can I apply for photography and videography?
Yes, if you have experience and a complete professional kit for both. Share separate samples for each service so our team can evaluate them individually.
How much does the work pay?
We offer competitive compensation with direct deposit. Our recruiting team will discuss pay details with you during the review process. Available assignments depend on your market and availability; applying does not guarantee an interview or bookings.
